Does anyone know where the group photos are located on the website? The photographer at the end of the adventure said they would be posted for a $5 donation. I haven't been able to find them. The immersion begins with the bus ride, and unlike last year you were immediately in the haunt when you got to the bottom of the hill. The outpost concept was perfect and hopefully it can be worked into next years theme. There were so many thrilling moments, my favorite was probably the switch sequence where after getting the sequence "wrong" all of the zombies, and even more, that were in the cages were suddenly surrounding you. Well done. The actors, script, and scenery were all beyond expectations. Please do keep it up and can't wait for what is in store for next year. Simply amazing. I got a phonecall from a trusted buddy ORDERING me and my husband to buy tickets for this event. Despite the lofty pricetag, we immediately complied- and boy am I glad we did so! I think the best way to describe this was thrilling- it wasn't a pee-your-pants scary haunted house (though it was scary), but that you weren't scared out of your wits made for a much more thrilling and interesting adventure. You guys are AWESOME and have done such a GREAT JOB for a wonderful cause! I can't imagine all of the time, effort, and collaboration this took---Well worth it! Hypnotica was a FANTASTIC start, the fire was a great addition, crawling through the dark space then being transported to Sanctuary :) LOVE IT!! Intestines....yeeessss.. good stuff! I seriously haven't had that much fun in years. I love that it was interactive. It would be lovely to have even more of that but it'd probably be a nightmare to manage for the creators. I wanted to bring the creepy blonde girl with us as she kept asking me if I'd be her best friend and I really felt bad for her especially after she made me pinky swear. <br /><br />I also wish I could go back through and have a redo. I was given the lab coat and told to lead my group of "prisoners" to the lab. Sadly, I was so distracted by the bloody lab coat, so sure that I was in store for something terrible and that I'd have to go first, that I completely missed the instructions Dale gave us so when we got to the lab I had no idea what to say to move the story along. I felt pretty stupid but I imagine I'm not the only one who got flustered on this adventure. <br /><br />The end was brilliant! The set up with the awesome older women scientists and then the actual act of having to stand still while being caressed by countless creepy hands and cowering before the awesomely terrifying warden! So perfect! Even knowing that it was not real, I totally allowed my face to be touched by zombies and stood totally still, only looking at the warden from the corner of my eye, not moving my head. <br /><br />Oh! And the dark room! So scary! My daughter grabbed my arm so hard when the lights went out that I have a bruise. <br /><br />It was the perfect mix of scares and adventure and although I'd love more opportunities for interaction, it was still really great. <br /><br />One thing that I found cool was that after all of our agonizing over the different codes we were given by Sgt. Rico and the Mayor, neither one of them was correct! <br /><br />I'm torn, because next year I'd love to volunteer, but then I'd miss out on the opportunity to go through the adventure! So much fun! I came from Dallas to visit my friends..and I could not be happier with this! The atmosphere was great, it was scary, and you REALLY got into it.
